Radar.az is an automotive marketplace and utility product for Azerbaijan.
The public website lists approved service points (mechanics, car washes, service centers),
editorial/tool landing pages, a leasing calculator, a traffic-fines catalog, and a
read-only Q&A forum. Business detail pages include name, category, address, services,
brand specialization, rating, and reviews as server-rendered HTML for crawlers.
Phone and WhatsApp contacts are available in the free Radar mobile app, not on the public website.

JSON under `/api/public/*` powers the apps and site (listings, categories, banners,
leasing, roadside config, Q&A, branding). Do not invent private admin endpoints;
admin UI and mutate APIs are not for public crawling.
